Award-winning Holiday Homes in North Northumberland
Tucked away in a tranquil area of rural Northumberland ‘The Laverock’ is the ideal place to relax and explore the fantastic coast, castles and wildlife. Originally built as a terrace of single-storey labourers' cottages, the properties have been lovingly restored retaining many of their original features and are set in two acres of wooded landscape. News, Events & Special Offers
We are now taking bookings for 2023, we would advise you to book early for a chance to relax and rewind and reconnect. Laverock Law offers a magical environment where you have lots of outdoor space, as well as the quiet rural beauty of Northumberland on your doorstep. This year we are also now running a range of experiences through our sister company, 'Wild Experiences Northumberland' These include yoga and wellbeing workshops offered on a one to one basis. Joining us to cross the sands along the Pilgrims way to Holy Island, the best way to experience the true spirit of Lindisfarne, Bread making workshops and Felt making workshops, both as individual or family groups and also our fun filled family adventures. We are pleased to announce that we have just won Gold award in the North East England Tourism Awards, in the category of Ethical, Social and Sustainable Tourism A quote from Roy who has stated with us last autumn says it all. Can there be a more idyllic location in the UK to completely escape from the world than Northumberland. Extraordinary beaches and countryside to find a real sense of well-being. Add to the mix Laverock, David and Harvest ,I truly believed that it could get no better. A stunning location - peaceful, close to all the facilities you would ever need - and now to add to all the wonderful crafts that they encourage you to participate in there is Mindfulness Yoga. I didn’t think that it could be possible to feel even more relaxed during a staycation but Harvest is providing a great opportunity to help blow away some of the stresses and strains that we bring along with our baggage . A gentle wonder though a routine that helps you to cherish the moment and the day ahead. Taking place either in the sunshine and beautiful gardens or in the room where magic happens I cannot recommend this time dedicated to yourself enough. |
