Accessibility Statement
Accessibility at Laverock Law Cottages
At Laverock Law, our heart is in creating a peaceful, welcoming place for everyone to enjoy, no matter your background, needs or abilities.
We know that accessibility isn’t just about ramps and railings. It’s about people feeling comfortable, relaxed and included. We’re a small, family-run business and we genuinely care about making your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Around the site
Our cottages are traditional farm buildings, so some have steps or narrower doorways that may make them less suitable for guests with limited mobility. However, Skylark Cottage and Swallow Cottage are on one level and have easier access from the courtyard. We’re always happy to talk through your specific needs in detail before you book.
Paths around the site are gravel and grass in places, and lighting is low at night to protect our local wildlife and dark skies. If you need extra lighting or assistance, please let us know in advance and we’ll do what we can to help.
During your stay
If you have any accessibility requirements, physical, sensory or otherwise, please reach out before or during your visit. We’ll do our best to accommodate you and find practical solutions. We can provide assistance with luggage or a quiet space if needed.
Online accessibility
We aim to make our website clear, easy to use and compatible with most devices and screen readers. If you experience any difficulty using our site or notice something we could improve, please let us know.
